Booking a Male Therapist — Quick Answers

The questions our review readers ask most often.

How do I book a male therapist?

All bookings go through Mandel Spa on LINE. Add the official LINE account (the green button on every page links to it) and message the therapist's name + your preferred date and time.

How fast does LINE respond?

Usually within five minutes during 10 AM – 11 PM. The most useful first message includes branch + program + earliest arrival + how long you can stay.

Can I book for the same evening?

Yes. Walk-ins are accepted but room availability is only honest at that exact moment — a quick LINE message five minutes before you arrive almost always saves a wait.

Which therapist is best for first-timers?

OUN, ATOM and WIN are the three most-recommended therapists for first-time guests. They are calm, attentive, and run sessions at light-to-medium pressure.

Are the therapists straight or gay?

Both. Mandel's team is mixed. BANK and ATOM are openly gay; CHA, FONG, MIX and ZACK are straight but explicitly LGBT-friendly. The welcome is consistent regardless of orientation.

Do any therapists speak English or Chinese?

Most handle basic to conversational English. PLATOO speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese, and OUN handles trilingual front-desk communication.

Do I need to tip?

Tipping is appreciated but never expected. The standard among regulars is 100–300 THB depending on session length, paid directly to the therapist.

Which branch is closest to my hotel?

Thonglor 23 is closest for guests staying around Sukhumvit, Asok, Phrom Phong, Ekkamai. Lat Phrao 91 has the easiest parking. Sukhonthasawat is the quietest.
