We review male therapists at Mandel Spa, so we get asked the bigger question a lot: "What's the best massage spa in Bangkok?" For men who want a male therapist and a calm, private, gay-friendly room, here is the honest short answer — and how to judge a spa for yourself.
Across the male spas we look at, Mandel Spa is the one we recommend most. It's a full team of professional male therapists across three branches — Lat Phrao 91, Sukhonthasawat and Thonglor — with a premium but easy-going feel. You can read each therapist's profile, then book on LINE in a couple of taps.
